I ordered a Denver Nuggets Championship Ring over a month ago and I was provided a shipping tracking number but the item was never shipped. I live 1 day away for shipping (at most) and have never received what I ordered. For being located in the US, it’s strange all their replies came in the middle of the night. This is starting to feel like a scam.

I received my Tampa Bay Buccaneers super bowl ring on the 16th, I was extremely excited to receive it on my birthday as I opened the package the ring was not put in with care just flopping around inside the package i pulled it out to notice the Lombardi Trophies on the ring were not like the picture at all, you just see 2 stones no base, also it was missing even more stones as well, the top part that comes off doesn't sit exactly flat when attached either. I notified them asap that day "16th" I received a response asking for pictures I sent them right away asking for a replacement one to be sent but all that was on the 16th of September, it's now the 20th and I haven't heard from them at all now I'm Getting a little frustrated right now because I've called left a message and emailed them only to receive no response since our last contact. Almost to the point of regret of not purchasing elsewhere.
