Please don't waste your time ordering from these scammers, I orfer a ring a month ago and never received it. The phone numbers are disconnected and the tracking number was not real. They never refunded my money and stop replying to my emails. Be careful because they are scammers and not true their word. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered a KC Chiefs Superbowl ring. It took almost 3 months to get the ring because the shipping carriers would bring it to KC and then it would wind up back where these bozos are located. Finally got a ring and there was a stone missing out of the 3 major stones representing the 3 Superbowl wins. They asked me to ship it back and I said I would be glad to do that once I got a replacement because it took so long to get the original. They agreed to send another ring. Another 2 months and constant emails asking for a refund were to no avail. Finally got someone to say they would issue me a refund and never received it. I said I'm done and will be reporting them to BBB. I'm still in the process of doing that because this is a scam company and having a hard time tracing. Do not give these people your money!!

I received my Tampa Bay Buccaneers super bowl ring on the 16th, I was extremely excited to receive it on my birthday as I opened the package the ring was not put in with care just flopping around inside the package i pulled it out to notice the Lombardi Trophies on the ring were not like the picture at all, you just see 2 stones no base, also it was missing even more stones as well, the top part that comes off doesn't sit exactly flat when attached either. I notified them asap that day "16th" I received a response asking for pictures I sent them right away asking for a replacement one to be sent but all that was on the 16th of September, it's now the 20th and I haven't heard from them at all now I'm Getting a little frustrated right now because I've called left a message and emailed them only to receive no response since our last contact. Almost to the point of regret of not purchasing elsewhere.
