I never received my ring. It’s been months, and all I’ve gotten are excuse after excuse instead of a refund. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
If you’re thinking about ordering from this company, save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else. The communication has been terrible, the professionalism is nonexistent, and they haven’t done right by me. I regret giving them my business and would never recommend them to anyone.
